Cancellation Policy

We care deeply for our clients and want to provide everyone with exceptional service. To help with that we have a cancellation policy as follows:

Reservations

Advanced booking prior to your arrival is recommended to secure your preferred date and time of treatment. A credit card number is required at the time of booking for a confirmed appointment. Based on availability, walk-ins are welcome, if you are not comfortable with providing us with your credit card info for making reservations.

Please arrive 10-minutes prior to your scheduled start time. Late arrivals will only receive the remainder of their scheduled session.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Kindly provide us with a 24-hour cancellation notice for your appointment. Rescheduling of appointments is subject to availability. Cancellations or rescheduling require 24-hour notice for any singular appointment or service. Canceling multiple services, packages, or Parties of 2 or more require 48-hour notice. Any cancellation with less than the required time may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

A full fee will be imposed for a “no-show”.

Your time is just as valuable to us as our own, and we understand there are always emergency situations that have to be taken into account, which is why we appreciate your communication with us.

Refund Policy

1. Service Refunds

Due to the nature of our aesthetic services, we generally do not offer refunds on treatments once they have been performed. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us immediately to discuss your concerns.

2. Product Returns

Unopened skincare products may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Opened products cannot be returned for sanitary reasons.

3. Payment Processing

All refunds are processed through our secure payment provider, Clover. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank's processing times.
